I have personally experienced this journey and, as a Coach and Mentor, after a two-year path of personal growth, I am offering a Webinar where we will explore topics such as the importance of human resources, time management and quality time, distinguishing what is important from what is urgent, the importance of communication, and empathy.

We will discuss how human resources are the beating heart of every organization, and how we can facilitate their reintegration by creating an environment that fosters both corporate well-being and continuous learning.

I personally know what it means to experience returning to work after long periods of absence. If not managed properly, the company risks compromising both the work environment and the efficiency of the staff—not only of those returning, but also of those around them.

Let me share the example of Carla and Giovanni, who are returning to the company after a long period of absence. Carla finds her workstation not yet ready and is left alone to face her first day. Giovanni, on the other hand, is handed a stack of memos to read and also finds himself alone on his first day back.

Now, let’s think about how Carla and Giovanni feel. This is where my guidance and the innovative content of the Webinar come in — helping thousands of employees like Carla and Giovanni to reintegrate and become immediately productive within a supportive environment.

"When I think about resilience, the symbol that comes to mind is the dandelion flower..."

This extraordinary flower represents strength and the ability to thrive in adverse conditions.

Just as the dandelion manages to bloom even in the most difficult places, we too can face life’s challenges with courage and determination.

Its deep roots anchor it firmly to the ground, while its light and floating seeds remind us that even the most difficult experiences can lead to new opportunities and growth.

Resilience Is:

Imagine yourself in an IndyCar race:

Every driver has their own style, strategies, and above all, their own way of handling curves and unexpected situations on the track. In the same way, resilience is not a fixed trait; it is a skill that varies from person to person.

There are drivers with different levels of ability: some are experienced and approach curves with confidence, while others may struggle, but every driver has the opportunity to improve.

Resilience works in a similar way. Some of us may begin with low resilience, while others may have medium or high resilience. This diversity is completely natural.

Understanding our different dimensions of resilience is essential. Just as a driver examines their vehicle and adjusts the settings to adapt to the track, we too can work on ourselves strategically.

This allows us to develop personalized strategies to face everyday challenges, both personal and professional.
