Sustainable future: corporate wellbeing and human capital

Barbara’s words

I am thrilled to take part, this coming 21 October, in the conference “SUSTAINABLE FUTURE: CORPORATE WELLBEING AND HUMAN CAPITAL” — key themes around human capital and inclusion that are at the heart of my work.

The idea stems from the conviction that the most precious resource within an organization is its human capital, both tangible and intangible. I personally experienced returning to work after a long absence; I faced the challenges head-on and turned them into opportunities.

During the conference we will explore strategies and best practices to ease the reintegration of staff after long absences, highlighting the importance of corporate wellbeing and human capital.

We will have the honour of bringing together experts in the field of corporate wellbeing and human capital.

It will be an opportunity to explore together how important it is to consider “wellbeing” in order to transform corporate culture and improve employees’ lives.

I will share my personal experience as a Breast Cancer Ambassador and my professional experience as a Coach & Mentor and trainer, offering practical and motivational insights.

I will bring to light the successes and the challenges faced in fostering a healthy and inspiring working environment.
